Non-Degree Seeking Admissions

We welcome applicants who want to pursue further personal development without the pressure of working toward a degree.  If this is your desire, please note the following:

Students can take a maximum of 12 credit-hours under this status (4 courses).  Once the maximum number of credit-hours has been attained, non-degree seeking students must submit the remaining admission documents listed for degree-seeking students before taking any further classes.  Admission into a degree program is at the discretion of the Admissions Team.  International students and dual-enrolled high school students are not eligible to apply for non-degree seeking student status.  The following application documents are required by the Office of Enrollment Management:

  • A completed application form (apply online);
  • A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 (included in the application form);
  • An official transcript, providing evidence that the applicant has graduated high school or completed a G.E.D. program.  If applicable, transcripts should be submitted from the most recent college attended.
Applicants are expected to adhere to norms of Christian conduct and character, as indicated in their personal references.  Admission to Grace College of Divinity will be official upon approval by the Admissions Team.  Applicants will be notified of all decisions in writing.
