Tuition, Fees, and Refunds

Following Tuition Rates and Fees apply as of Fall Semester 2012

Application fee:   $50.00 (non-refundable)
Credit Tuition:   $140.00 per credit hour
Audit Tuition:   $70.00 per credit hour
Late Registration Fee:   $50.00
Library Card Fee:   $10.00
Technology Fee:   $50.00 annually

Practicum Fee for B.Div.:   $420.00

Practicum Fee for Certificate in Worship Leadership:   $750.00 per semester ($1,500.00 total)

The Experience Program Fee:  Fees change from time to time! Please contact GCD office.

Returned Check Fee:   $30.00 per check
Transcript Fee:   $5.00 (first transcript is free)
Graduation Fee:   $100.00

Refund Policy

16 week 3-credit hour course – No Credit will be Rewarded for Withdrawn Courses

1st week ———— 100% refund
2nd week ———– 50% refund
3-16 week ———- No refund
1-4 week ———— Grade of “W” (Withdrawn)
5-8 week ———— Receive a grade of “WP” or “WF”
8-15 week ———–Receive a grade of “WF”

8 week 3-credit hour course – No Credit will be Rewarded for Withdrawn Courses

1st week ———— 100% refund
2nd week ———– 50% refund
3-8 week ———— No refund
1-2 week ———— Grade of “W”
3-4 week ———— Grade of “WP” or “WF”
4-8 week ———— Grade of “WF”

Note: Students who fail to withdraw properly will receive a grade of “F” for the class. This WILL have a negative impact on the students GPA.

Privacy Policy

Financial and sensitive account information is not disclosed to any individuals or entities without prior written consent from the student. The Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations stipulate that Grace College of Divinity cannot release information from student records to anyone but the student without his or her consent. For written consent to be acceptable it must include the student’s name and school-issued ID number.
